1. General

Welcome to Big Sals. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from us. By accessing our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms.

2. Products and Services

We specialize in a range of customised products, including but not limited to:

  • T-shirts

  • Tote bags

  • Edible icing sheets

  • Resin works

  • Laser engraving and cutting

  • Cake decorations

  • UVDTF prints

  • DTF prints

All products are customised to order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products using multiple platforms, including DHL, Royal Mail, and Evri. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

4. Design Service

We offer a design service with unlimited edits up to the point of customer acceptance. This is subject to a reasonable use policy. The design fee is a standard £20, with an additional £12.50 per hour charged after the first 3 hours of design time spent with the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, including copyright and intellectual property rights, are reserved for Big Sals branding and any affiliated designs or releases. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

6. Collaborations

We are open to collaborations. Please contact us at hello@bigsals.co.uk to discuss potential partnerships.

7. Customer Service and Disputes

Returns and Refunds Policy

 

This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds for products purchased from Big Sals.

1. Customised Products

Due to the nature of customised products, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the design brief. Please note that minor variations in colour or print placement are not considered a fault.

2. Claims Period

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, a claim must be made within 24 hours of delivery. You must notify us of the issue and provide clear photographic evidence of the fault or damage.

3. Refund and Replacement Options

Once we have assessed and approved your claim, we will offer one of the following options:

  • A full or partial refund to your original method of payment.

  • A replacement product to be shipped at no additional cost.

4. Automated Returns System

In addition to our email-based claims process, we also offer an automated returns and refunds system. This system can be accessed via a link provided with your order confirmation. Please follow the on-screen instructions to initiate your return.

5. Process

To begin a return claim, please:

  1. Contact us within the 24-hour claim period.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.

  3. Attach photos or videos as evidence of the damage or fault.

We will review your claim and respond with instructions on how to proceed.

6. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation.
