Due to the personalised and custom nature of our products, please allow for a production time before your order is shipped. The current processing time will be stated on our website at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the product and current order volume. Once your order has been completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

3. Shipping Carriers

We utilise a variety of reputable carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Your order may be shipped via one of the following services:

  • DHL

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri

The choice of carrier will depend on the size and weight of your order, as well as the destination.

4. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the chosen shipping method. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Currently, we only ship within the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you believe your package is lost or has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. As per our Returns and Refunds Policy, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please email our independent complaints handler at Legal@BigSals.co.uk with your order number and any relevant details or photographic evidence of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
