1. Customised Products
Due to the nature of customised products, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the design brief. Please note that minor variations in colour or print placement are not considered a fault.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, a claim must be made within 24 hours of delivery. You must notify us of the issue and provide clear photographic evidence of the fault or damage.
3. Refund and Replacement Options
Once we have assessed and approved your claim, we will offer one of the following options:
